Just wanted to post a reminder about the upcoming 5K race to be held in the Akron Park. I hope everyone comes out to support the great cause and to catch up with friends. We have found a new family to help, which I am really excited about. I will post more information about the family at a later date. Here is the information for the 5k:
Ephrata 5K Walk/Run on July 25, 2009
Location: Roland Park in Akron, PA
Time: 8:00am - Registration
9:00am - start of 5K
5K registration form.
5K Information.
* If you can not make it, but still would like to purchase a 5K shirt please let me know. They are $10, and they come in red with white lettering and gold with black lettering. They say I run... (front) to Fight on.... DJD Fight on Foundation ( back) with the website on the sleeve. They turned out really really nice!
