Today we got some great news at the hospital, we found out that there were no chromosomal abnormalities in my bone marrow which is what causes the leukemia. This is Fantastic news, praise God. My counts were good today my WBC was 4 and my ANC was 3, it will be interesting to see where they are on Tuesday because this past Tuesday I got a neupegin shot to boost my counts. Thank you to everyone who has donated stuff to the hope lodge, we really appreciate it and so does everyone here. I am eating a little more day by day, I feel like my taste buds at the front of my mouth are coming back a little bit so right when I get food in my mouth I can taste it a little bit but as it moves back I loose taste, but hey even that little bit at the front is great. We will find out what percent donor I am hopefully sometime next week so keep praying I am 100% donor.

sounds as if everything certainly seems to be going in the right direction. also is nice that you are starting to get a little bit of taste of things so that is a big PLUS. i was wondering if you guys would be able to put a lady friend of ours and her family into your daily prayers. her name is mary elaine rutter, she goes to our church and just had a brain tumor removed yesterday. she is doing well but they all could use peoples prayers!! thanks so much. fight on!! love ya, mike and nancy
Woo Hoo! Awesome news!!! I'm gonna get all my ducks in a row on Sunday...get my accounting homework together...by the way I can't wait until you come home and can help me with it! Then see what kind of baking business I can get down to with the stuff at home. I know sooner or later you're going to have a craving for cookies. I've been waiting to make them for you, regardless of anyone else who asks for them! My thoughts and prayers are with you as well as Mike and Nancy's friend. I hope to see you soon.
