Day +63
Yesterday we had a good apt. with my doctor. My WBC was down a little and I needed to get a shot of nupogen but my doctor isn't too worried about it. Next week I am getting my first spinal tap which is where they inject a small amount of chemo into my spinal chord. I had that before and I got terrible headaches so I hope this one goes better. I am feeling well, my taste is almost back to normal I'm still just waiting for my appitite to come back. Mindy and I are going down to the 6th floor for casino night tonight. There is blackjack, roulette, and poker, it should be a good time.

we hope you guys win ALOT at poker night although we imagine you don't use real $$$! we pray that you do not have bad headaches or any at all after your spinal tap!!did you know that abbie d. is out in colorado now too doing a 3 month nursing job?? she can stay or sign up for somewhere else if she likes. i guess it is called traveling nursing. i guess mindy could just about have a nursing degree after all she has learned and done taking care of you!! have a great week!! love ya, mike and nancy

When you get your spinal tap, ask them to premed you with Zofran. It will help you a bunch. Kelsey always got this before spinal taps and she never got sick or got a headache.
